- Track all my food on the lose it website or application for my IPOD
- Eat withing a healthy calorie range with no over eating or binging.
- Drink 64 ounces - 98 ounces of water daily
- No eating after 9 pm
- Eat 3 meals and 1-2 snacks as needed only
- No junk food or limit to once a week
- limit fast food to once a week
- work out 5 -6 days a week
- Drink only water when ever possible limiting Juices or G2's to once a week only
- In bed at a decent time and get my rest aim for 8 hours a night if possible
