OK so here I am going to track my goals that I will be working on for the year. Yes that's right I said a year if this is how long it takes me to get these goals right then so be it:
I have 8 goals that I am going to be working on this new year and the are as follows:
- Track all my food on my Lose it app and this means every thing
- Eat within the calorie range that Lose it gives me
- Drink 64 ounces - 98 ounces of water each day
- No eating after 9 pm at all
- Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks each day no skipping any meals
- No junk food or limit junk food to once a week like on my free day
- Limit fast food to once a week and only once a week. This can be part of my free day as well
- Work out 5-6 days a week ( this will be 7 days because I am starting a 100 day exercise challenge)
I will come back here in a week and let you know which ones I have accomplished oh but wait. I decided to do a 21 day challenge so I will be starting off working on one goal for the first week and then will add another goal in the second week until I have all goals accomplished
