Restarting on Jan 3 2011

 So ya this week not so good. It has been OK but could be better. I will be working harder this new year to get back on track and lose this weight once in for all. This is a must. I need to do this I am tired of being tired and feeling yucky. Workout's will be back on track also come Monday I will track them here as well and also track my food here with pictures. I will also post my videos here as well so it's just not you reading but you can watch what I have to say. alright that's it for now will be back soon. Oh yes I am out of town tomorrow threw till Sunday but. I will be updating my blog while I am gone. Happy New Year if there is any one reading this thing.

December 25 26 and 27 2010


 so I did pretty good for Christmas day better then I would have if I had of gone to mom and dads for dinner. I ate all my meals and tracked all my food. I also started taking pictures again of my food for my videos. And am recording little bits of my day so that I can put them into a weekly video I was over calories today but still did better only had five small chocolates and a kit kat bar.

December 26 2010

  I had a banana for breakfast and then didn't eat again until 1 where I had a teen burger and fries from A&W. I was stressed I walked out of my job for unfair treatment. I then didn't have anything again until dinner and even that wasn't bad I had one slice of ham mashed potatoes and stuffing two helpings broccoli and corn. No junk food at all that day.


December 27 2010

not a good day today at all had mostly all junk food. I felt gross and was over tired as well. I started off pretty good but then went down hill around mid after noon I have been playing dance central on the xbox but that's about it  so I need to buckle down and just get to it already I have the stuff now just do it. damn it.

December 24 2010 Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve and we have all the presents under the tree waiting for tomorrow morning to see the look on our little one's face. Can't wait. I did fairly well today. Didn't drink near enough water but will make up for it tomorrow. Also I will be start my healthy eating tomorrow. I have every thing I need, I am going to be making peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies and carrot muffins as well. I will also be back to my work outs today as well. Alright just a short post so far today I am going to go and have some breakfast and enjoy the day maybe a nap later as well Little man had us up at 6:30 this morning.

December 23 2010

 Today's eating was much better then it has been in a long time. I ate a good breakfast and had my morning snack and a good lunch ate an early dinner before work and then had snacks at work, Friends from work gave me chocolate and I did have some but you know what? I don't feel guilty at all. I know that once the New Year comes I will be on track and doing what I need to to lose this weight. I am glad I took this time off from my work outs. I have been working and then coming home and pretty much going straight to bed. After Boxing Day it will be all over for another year. Thank God for that, just a short post today we are going out to get groceries which will all be healthy. so until tomorrow Merry Xmas and Happy New Year

Goals For January 2011

  1. Track all my food on the lose it website or application for my IPOD
  2. Eat withing a healthy calorie range with no over eating or binging.
  3. Drink 64 ounces - 98 ounces of water daily
  4. No eating after 9 pm
  5. Eat 3 meals and 1-2 snacks as needed only
  6. No junk food or limit to once a week
  7. limit fast food to once a week
  8. work out 5 -6 days a week
  9. Drink only water when ever possible limiting Juices or G2's to once a week only
  10. In bed at a decent time and get my rest aim for 8 hours a night if possible

Getting Ready to Finish what I started

 So my goal from now until January 1 2011 is as follows

1) make small changes in my eating like ( no seconds and smaller portions)
2) stop eating before I get full
3) think about what I am putting into my mouth and to see if I really need it or not.
4) Start tracking on lose it again  which I am starting today


I know I can do this I have done it before these are the basic steps to losing weight. well some of them. I will also be getting back to my workouts as well starting Jan 1 2011 I will be using the biggest loser work out for the wii and I also have a xbox360 that I am getting for Christmas so I will have that as well. I am going to do daily body shots and I am also vlogging daily so will be going back to taking video of my food. more tomorrow I will post what goals I will be working on for January as well and talk about my food plan in a video and post it here. I will post a link in the side bar for my food and exercise logs and will tell you in my posts when I have them updated. that's all for now (body shots will start Jan 1 2011 and I will post my start weight then as well)

oh yes I am also going to make sure I get my water in it's just as important as every thing else.
